I lead and work within international interdisciplinary teams providing expertise in participatory research and systematic\/ scoping reviews. I mentor\/support early career researchers in education including academics from low\/middle income countries. My programme of research includes improving public perception of dementia using co-produced \u2018serious\u2019 games and translating research into practice by co-producing digital games\/resources to improve training and education for carers, staff&nbsp; in long term care and health professions students in higher education. In 2024-25, I contributed substantially to 15 peer reviewed papers, with 10 as last or corresponding author and one as first author. Scopus indexes 63 of my publications with a total of 980 citations in 831 documents (H-index: 19) averaging 13.8 citations per publication with one paper cited 68 times. 76.2% of my outputs are published in the top 25% of journals by Citescore with 17 of my papers in the top 25% of most cited documents worldwide, 4 are in the top 10%. Over 42% of my papers have international collaborators and my Field Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) is 1.49.&nbsp;(Scopus 170824).I have published two sole author textbooks selling over 700 copies for my 2012 book and more than 300 copies for my 2017 book.&nbsp;&nbsp;These books have been adopted in 28 courses across the UK\/Ireland and exported to 22 countries, with Australia, Singapore and Thailand being the largest overseas markets. <br>My contribution to research income is \u00a3311,969 (26 awards) with an application value of&nbsp; \u00a3484,490(69). I am actively engaged in 17 funded projects and have 4 ongoing projects with international partners.
