The 1st Szeged International Health Sciences Conference

Organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Studies at the University of Szeged, the 1st International Health Sciences Conference will take place from May 29-31, 2025.

This scientific forum, established with the intention of creating a tradition, focuses on showcasing research and developments in medical and health sciences. The international meeting provides an excellent opportunity and platform to enhance and advance health sciences education, as well as to foster collaboration and joint thinking across various scientific disciplines and research fields.

The event offers a rich, high-quality, and diverse program for professionals and students interested in the latest advancements in healthcare and medical sciences. To this end, we have invited prominent national and international experts in medical and health sciences to deliver scientific lectures and symposia.

In addition to the planned keynote and plenary lectures, the conference will highlight a poster section, offering an excellent opportunity for young researchers, PhD candidates, and university students to present their work, thereby facilitating their integration into the scientific community. Based on the evaluation of the Conference Scientific Committee, outstanding presentations will receive valuable awards.

Abstract Submission Guidelines for Poster Presentations:

• Separate paragraphs should only be distinguished using „Enter,” without indentation at the beginning of lines.
• The maximum length of the abstract is 250 words.
• The title of the abstract should be concise, without abbreviations, and no longer than 250 characters.
• The full name(s) of the author(s), academic degree(s), position, and affiliation should be provided.
• The abstract must be based on original research and should follow the structure: Introduction, Objectives, Patients and Methods, Results, Conclusions.
• The provided keywords (3-5 in total) may be selected from the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) vocabulary, available at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/.
